In the 80s and 90s, queer zines were vehicles for spreading culture and building community. With the invention of the internet, many LGBT+ people now connect in digital spaces (chat rooms, social media, etc). Re- is a queer digital zine exhibition focusing on using present-day forms of communication as a way to preserve the past.
